The next week I had 5 samples of lashes from 3 different vendors and I started testing them out and found my vendors I have now. I now offer 13 styles of Luxury Mink Lashes, hand mixed glitters, eyebrow pomade, lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes, skin care products that are organic and so much more.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How do you find people to bring into your organization that truly care about the organization the way you do?
Answer: I do my research on them just like I am looking for a vendor, what I mean by that is I look at their social media account, I look how active they are and if they actually know who QUEEN Vee is and what we are about. I also reach out to them and talk with them to see what their goals are and how can WE benefit each other.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : What three pieces of advice would you give to other children who want to become entrepreneurs?
Answer: START ( that was told to me by my mentor) 2. Don’t stop believing in you and your idea. No matter what people say or do NEVER GIVE UP ON YOU Lastly treat you clients, followers, etc how you would want to be treated as if the shoes were on the other shoe.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Answer: Nothing at all, I am a better woman/business owner because of how I did it this go around.

Answer: Patience and a whole lot of it, customer service and the knowledge to not care what someone has to say about you and your brand ( hey we keep haters employed is how I look at it) LOL A mindset of a go getter you can’t be lazy you got to be able to get up and do what’s needed to grow your business/brand.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Answer: Trusting people and moving to fast to drop a new product and it doesn’t sale, wait no this is my all time failure, having a sale and getting no sales ughhhhh. I learned patience I learned how to take my time and really learn what is needed for me to grow my brand to where it is meant to go.
