Fashion Gxd Magazine: How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer: The idea for my business was inspired by my love for makeup. I love beauty products. It’s something about dressing up that makes a woman feel fabulous.
Fashion Gxd Magazine: How do you find people to bring into your organization that truly care about the organization the way you do?
Answer: As of now, I do everything myself.
Fashion Gxd Magazine: What three pieces of advice would you give to other children who want to become entrepreneurs?
Answer: My advice is to believe in yourself wholeheartedly. If you are truly passionate about your dreams and goals, you can achieve anything. You also have to seek guidance. Research your interest and find out how you could make what you have to offer better. Another piece of advice is to learn from those who are also in the same industry. You can learn so much from others.
Fashion Gxd Magazine: If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Answer: I don’t think I would do anything differently. My path has taught me some amazing things. I have gained so much knowledge and I am looking forward to learning more.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur ?
Answer: The top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur is consistency, creativity, and determination.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Answer: Some of my failures include my marketing tactics. I began to learn how to present my products in a way that I can connect with my audience instead of just selling to them. I have learned to show my personality and be at a somewhat personal level with my audience.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How many hours do you work a day on average?
Answer: I work any chance that I get. I constantly try to find ways to improve my brand.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :Describe/outline your typical day?
Answer: A typical day for me consists of finding ways to present my products while being creative and relatable.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
Answer: Being an entrepreneur hasn’t affected my family life. At times I choose to be alone and focus on building my brand. Family is important, therefore I try my best to not neglect them.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What motivates you?
Answer: What motivates me is my want for financial freedom and living the life I desire. I have always dreamed of being my own boss. I love the thought of not having to work for anyone and being able to provide for my family.
Fashion Gxd Magazine: How do you generate new ideas?
Answer: I generate new ideas by thinking about how I want my brand to look to the viewer. The idea for my brand is centered around “pretty” and “stylish”.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful entrepreneur?
Answer: The sacrifices I have made include learning to be alone. Sometimes I get into a mode where I am so focused that I don’t want to be around people. I just want to focus on the goals for my brand.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : Where you see yourself and your business in 10 years? 20 years?
Answer: I see myself and my business as successful and making a difference in someone’s life. I see my business becoming more than I ever imagined.
