Fashion Gxd Magazine : How did the idea for your business come about?
Jungo Boot Camp : I always wanted to help people become fit and be their best selves. I started this boot camp because I care about health and I knew I could be lucrative doing this. The problem is that not all people can afford Boot camp classes, especially the people that need it the most. So I try to make it affordable.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How do you find people to bring into your organization that truly care about the organization the way you do?
Jungo Boot Camp : I find likeminded individuals who want an opportunity their lives. I have a good eye for that.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : What three pieces of advice would you give to college students who want to become entrepreneurs?
Jungo Boot Camp : Well, first if you have something you love to do and want to start a business in. It’s easier to grind on it if you are passionate about it. Secondly, work on it every single day. This means reading articles, intern, develop yourself to be knowledgeable about what you want to accomplish. Lastly, stay focused.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Jungo Boot Camp : Nothing. Every failed opportunity, taught me a lesson.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Jungo Boot Camp :: 1. Persistence 2. Do things right the first time. No shortcuts. 3. Be honest.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Jungo Boot Camp : Meeting the wrong people and spending too much time around them.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How many hours do you work a day on average?
Jungo Boot Camp : 6 -7 hours
Fashion Gxd Magazine :Describe/outline your typical day?
Jungo Boot Camp : Get up a and train clients from 5 to 8 am. I then go and rest for a few hours, read health news, check emails, and ensure that the people around me are okay. I get my workout in before the evening classes.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
Jungo Boot Camp : It’s tough because you sometimes can’t spend as much time with the family. But you are doing this so you they can be comfortable as well. It’s tough in the beginning, finding a good balance can be hard for me.
Fashion Gad Magazine :What motivates you?
Jungo Boot Camp : I always believed in having your own. Regardless of industry, I always wanted to changes people live in a positive way.
Fashion Gxd Magazine: How do you generate new ideas?
Jungo Boot Camp : Becomes natural. When you do things for a long time you know you need to meet people, go to conventions, chat with other trainers as well to learn new ideas.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful entrepreneur?
Jungo Boot Camp : Personal life gets in the way at times. Unless the people are like-minded it’s hard for them to understand your schedule.
Fashion Gxd Magazine: Where you see yourself and your business in 10 years? 20 years?
Jungo Boot Camp : I would like to have chains of fitness centers targeting the urban communities. My focus would be helping people with obesity and Health Issues.
