Fashion Gxd Magazine : How did the idea for your business come about?

Answer: I love lip gloss. So one day me and mommy made some all-natural lip gloss that was safe for me and she let me mix it up. It was so fun and I loved putting it on so much that I told mommy "I want to make lip gloss for the world".  We Gave some to my friends And they loved it so we started to sell it.

Fashion Gxd Magazine : How do you find people to bring into your organization that truly care about the organization the way you do?

Answer: Mommy goes online to find people to sell my lip gloss to. They love that it is all-natural and vegan and that it smells so good. Oh and never sticky!

Fashion Gxd Magazine : What three pieces of advice would you give to other children  who want to become entrepreneurs?

Answer: Advice I would give to other children who want to be entrepreneurs is that you have to be good and learn your reading and counting or your mommy won't let you make lip gloss. You, your mom, and dad have to do a lot of research to find all of the right things for your business. Don't give up!

Fashion Gxd Magazine :If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

Well, I'm just four years old and I just started, lol.

Fashion Gxd Magazine :What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

Answer: So I have to do learning  And then play with my friends and do gymnastics but on the weekends I help my mommy make lip gloss and I tell her what colors I like and I also help pack and take them to the post office. Sometimes I help mix the lip gloss but mommy says i have to wear a mask and gloves because we don't want no germs to get in it. It's so fun when we go to the flea markets where I have a lemonade stand  and people give me money and I give them lip gloss. Some people get 1 or 4 like me! because I'm 4.

Fashion Gxd Magazine : How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?

Answer:  Making lip gloss is fun for my family because we all love it , my mommy wears it all the time,my auntie says she will never have to buy lip gloss ever again ,But my big brother told me He wants lip gloss that is not shiny and noooo glitter so we are going to make chapstick for the boys. He loves our new bracelets though! He wants all of the boy ones but I told him he has to give me money for it.

Fashion Gxd Magazine: What motivates you?

Answer: I like when people buy my lip gloss. They say  "Ariyah! It's so smooth. They smell so good and it's so pretty because of the glitter in it." I want to make more and more and more!
