Inspiring Live with "Ambitious Motivated Women" CEO or Fashion Gxd Magazine

Back in 2016, I decided to start the brand " Ambitious Motivated Women" (AMW). This brand was to show everyone that women around the world can inspire anyone. To motivate them that their dreams and desires can happen if they just stay consistent. The brand it self gives back to our community, get the youth involved because we are their biggest inspirations. Last year I decided to step into the clothing scene of fashion. so I dropped a few collections called " DAMN GINA" this is #1 TOP seller in ALL 50 states.. While doing clothes I added " S/0 To GOD, I'm broke luv, Millionaire Mindset, Grind Mode, and a few others. They are all versatile for men and women. A few celebrities have reached out and supported ( Lil Mo, Paris , Iman Shumpert, Teyana Shumpert, Lance stephson, waka flocka), and many more just to add a few. since the youth looks up to us we decided to start a kid foundation called #TeamFlake which they can express themselves through dancing, photos, creativity. The snow foundation is another one we go out to the community to help the homeless with all their needs far as feeding, clothing, speaking. The brand has impacted so many people on my social media accounts. I just want the best for my Team , we will work until our families are able to relax without days of worries. Through God we will achieve more than we have asked for.

Fashion Gxd Magazine : How did the idea for your business come about?
AMW CEO : As a teen I always use to cut my clothes up, be involved with give backs, had a voice to speak about my future plans. years went by and I said I wanted to become a business woman, that can do multiple things. My 1st time stepping into my dream I sold 2 cake jars out of 12. After that I said to myself I have to go harder, find a name, be more creative, connect with different people, and most of all think outside the box. I than came up with the name AMW
(Ambitious Motivated Woman) With the help of my Partner , she actually helped me come up with this master plan.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How do you find people to bring into your organization that truly care about the organization the way you do?
AMW CEO : see you can always tell if someone is passionate with their inner craft. This is my dream, but to bring others along the path to become our own bosses they then gained the ability to become more than they thought they could.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : What three pieces of advice would you give to other children who want to become entrepreneurs?
AMW CEO : First you must know yourself. Find who you are before making any first hand decisions that can affect your mindset. Two you must believe in yourself. Have that confidence that's whatever your going for is yours, never let the whispers of your peers block your vision. Three, Remain humbled while on your journey to success because once you get there you can look back at your growth.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
AMW CEO ::I wouldn't change anything but if I had the knowledge I have now I could have used it back then.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur ?
Answer: PATIENCE, DETERMINATION, CREATIVITY
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
AMW CEO : some failures of mines would be playing with time while trying to be my own boss. I learned a lot as time passed that i'll never move correctly if I continue to treat my dream like it wasn't anything. Now that is Top priority.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How many hours do you work a day on average?
AMW CEO : I work almost 15 hours in a day. Sometimes sleepless nights or 2 hours of sleep.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :Describe/outline your typical day?
AMW CEO :: A typical day for me is Waking up , praying, checking orders online, answering orders over the phone/email. Printing clothes, getting ready for my 9-5, coming home at 11 pm to printing more, checking emails, planning what next to do. The list can continue.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
AMW CEO :: It honestly hasn't affected much besides the fact I work a lot I see my family maybe twice a month. But my love ones support me and motivate me. I do this for them and myself. One day we all will be living worry free.
Fashion Gxd Magazine :What motivates you?
AMW CEO : God. when I talk to my Lord he lets me know the chapter isn't finished. He motivates me by waking me up every morning , giving me another chance to prove I mean something on this earth, I can change someone life just by smiling. My love around me motivates me everyday that I am a PURPOSE.
Fashion Gxd Magazine: How do you generate new ideas?
AMW CEO : I literally think randomly on what else I can do. I can see something and ideas just start to flow.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful entrepreneur?
AMW CEO : The biggest sacrifice that I made was to invest myself. Sometimes to get what you want you have to invest TIME, MONEY, DAILY ROUTINES, ECT.
Fashion Gxd Magazine : Where you see yourself and your business in 10 years? 20 years?
AMW CEO : 10+ years i'll be franchising all over this GLOBE WITH MY TEAM, HAVE A FAMILY OF MY OWN, AND OWNING MY 1ST HOUSE. MAKING SURE IM BOOKED & BUSY.
