FGM: Its an honor to sit down with you all. Tell us a little about your brand and how you've come to this vastly successful peek in your career .

Answer:Thank you so much for having me. T Miche’ Collection specializes in natural hair growth products. We are an online business with amazing products to assist individuals who may suffer hair loss or simply want to grow their hair long and healthy. I started T Miche’ Collection during the midst of the pandemic in 2020. I woke up one morning and decided that I wanted to be an entrepreneur in the hair care industry.

FGM: Who are the clients/what are the projects that you most enjoy working on?

Answer:Our main target audience is our natural hair community. We enjoy working with those individuals the most because of their great passion for natural hair. They really enjoy our products we have to offer.

FGM: How do you feel you make a difference in the world?

Answer:Making an impact and difference in the world is our number one priority. T Miche’ Collection’s purpose is to help individuals feel confident with beautiful, healthy, natural hair.

FGM: Tell us about a time when you showed determination to continue as an entrepreneur.

Answer:Being an entrepreneur has its ups and downs BUT the ups outweigh the downs. Even when I had a slight feeling of giving up due to time management, I continued to strive for success and kept pushing.

FGM: Give me the three best qualities of your brand

Answer:T Miche’ Collection is distinctive, competitive, and passionate.

FGM: Give me an example of when you worked irregular hours?

Answer:I am always on irregular hours it seems but it’s an amazing experience. No complaints, just hard work and dedication.

FGM: Being a entrepreneur is a 24/7 job, how did you get ready for that?

Answer:Mentally prepare and always keep a positive attitude. That is the key.

FGM: How did you acquire the ability to work under pressure to beat meet deadlines as a entrepreneur ?

Answer:Time management and setting priorities is very very important. Once you have mastered that, deadlines can be met.

FGM: What is your favorite inspirational point, place, to develop new brand developments?

Answer:My new brand developments are created in the comfort of my own home. I continuously perform intensive research on every single detail of my business 24/7.

FGM: Which current public figure, are you inspired by or appreciate the most?

Answer:Oprah Winfrey and Kamala Harris. Both intelligent black women with knowledge and wealth. Both have great poise and very inspirational.

How do you handle stress ?

Answer:Take it day by day and think positive.

FGM: What are the three qualities you feel an entrepreneur must have ?

Answer:A great entrepreneur is determined, optimistic, and motivated.

FGM: Where do you see your business in 10 years ?How do you plan to get there ?

Answer:In 10 years, T Miche’ Collection will be in stores worldwide. Billboard bound countrywide and a multi-million dollar business. Sky is the limit.
