This month we sat down with Natural Bunch Kids Hair Care was created by a serial entrepreneur Betty Ceus. Betty is a single mother of two, who has been an educator in the child care industry for 15 years. In 2016, Noticing the struggles her parents shared with their children’s hair and her own difficulties finding quality hair care products for her own daughter , led her on an additional entrepreneurial path. With the love for children launched Natural Bunch Kids Hair Care. Betty Then pursued her stylist license in 2017. Natural Bunch Kids is a children’s hair care line that empowers children with diverse hair textures to love their hair. Natural Bunch Kids Hair Care also provides a solution that assists parents in increasing mixture retention and promotes healthy hair growth. Here’s My exclusive cover interview with the rising star.

Question : How did the idea for your business come about?
Answer: As I struggled with finding products that would address my concerns and also that would appeal to my own daughter, I noticed while providing care for various children in my child care centers many parents struggled as well with their heir kinky, curly, coily children. Simply Knowing how to Properly detangle the hair was a challenge and so NBK was birth to provide the necessary tools & education for better choices.
Question : How do you find people to bring into your organization that truly care about the organization the way you do?
Answer: NBK has been fortunate to work along side some amazing people, we are actually sought out by creative minds who recognizes our vision and where we are headed and so want to be apart of our unique growing brand.
Question : What three pieces of advice would you give to other children who want to become entrepreneurs?
Answer: 1. It’s ok to fail, that’s where the learning process begins to get better, fail at the small level. 2. Be a student, Ask a lot of questions for understanding 3. Never give up, always get up and try again.
Question :If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
Answer: I would be less fearful, and put myself out there more
Question :What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur ?
Answer: Top 3 skills to be a successful entrepreneur is

Question :What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Answer: All of my failures have actually been wins, nothing comes easy, everything is a lesson learned.

Question : How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
Answer: Family life can definitely be effected either negatively or positively. It depends on one of the skills set you must have as an entrepreneur and that is the ability to prioritize. I had to develop boundaries for myself to separate family time from the 24hr entrepreneur lifestyle.

Answer: To create & be a positive resource for not only my children but to many to reach their own potential.

Answer: By being in quite space Meditating
Question : What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful entrepreneur?
Answer: Being an entrepreneur comes with many sacrifices, whether it’s passing on a weekend with friends, late nights paperwork, or that nice $200 dress it will all be a contributing factor to your success.
Question : Where you see yourself and your business in 10 years? 20 years?
Answer: The NBK brand is so much more. We are moving towards building, and manifesting a legacy for generations.
